Concentration.

Concentration could be perhaps one of our most under rated strengths and yet we have opportunity after opportunity to use this strength as each moment passes by. Concentration, is however only possible use in the present moment. It is a gift to bring the present moment into your awareness. We note our concentration break when something changes in the moment to grab our attention. This is the nature of mind. When the mind is concentrated, we are in what yogis have called for millennia “the flow state”. One pointed mind brings into unity with the mind itself, it is not judging, grasping or clinging to past or future, it just is.
